How do I place an order?Click on our order page. Decide on if you want Beef or Pork. Click on place order and insert your information. Make sure to specify the quantity.

Do I pay when I place my order?No, you will not pay at the time of order due to fluctuation in hanging weights. You will be emailed a final invoice and will pay online.

Are the animals grass fed or grain fed?Our animals are grass fed and grain finished.

What types of animals do we sell?Cattle (Angus) Dogs (Border Collies) Pigs (Crossbred)

How much does a pig weigh?The approximate hanging weight of a whole pig is 200lbs The approximate hanging weight of half a pig is approximately 100lbs

How much does a cow weight?The approximate hanging weight of a whole cow is 600lbs The approximate hanging weight of half a cow is 300lbs The approximate hanging weight of quarter a cow is 150lbs

How long does it take to process my order?We will contact you within 5 business days about your order. Beef and/or pork butchering and packaging times may vary on time of year.

Does VanDalen LLC get notified of my order?Yes, an email is sent directly to us.

Does VanDalen LLC butcher their own meat?No, VanDalen LLC does not butcher their own meat. We contract through a local certified butcher to process our meat.

Is butchering a separate fee?Yes. Butchering is a $100 service fee + $1 per pound.

How do I get receive my meat?In your final invoice you will receive butchering information to include Butcher name, Address, and Contact number. You will need to pick up your order from the butcher directly. Only under very special circumstances will your order be delivered. A delivery fee will apply.
